Outcome

Adds Reply with context alongside Messages' Discuss action. Selecting it inserts a labelled message quote and source reference into the current reply draft. The existing send/retry path preserves that visible context in the delivered body and retains the selected recipient and organisation.

Changing selection replaces an intact quote; cancellation preserves the answer. Edited quotes are preserved with guidance for manual removal. Missing text gets an explicit placeholder; an already selected quote survives source deletion. Existing group-reply limitations remain.

Validation

• 26 targeted Jest tests passed across reply context, send recovery and single-thread opening.
• Static lint for messagePanel.js and git diff checks passed.
• Playwright production-module/CSS fixture passed selection, cancellation, current-exchange sending and saved quote rendering at 1280px and 390px; phone screenshot inspected.
• Browser validation uses synthetic HTTP fixtures, not live authentication. No deployment requested.

Merge decision: ready; bounded frontend change using the existing persistence and routing contract, with no new API or authority surface.
