Install

Download EDI-Mod-v1.0.2-portable.zip below, extract anywhere, and run Edi.exe.

Requirements

Windows 10/11 (x64) + the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime and ASP.NET Core 8 Runtime — https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/8.0

Changes & additions

Added

  • Redesigned game launcher — cover-art cards with adjustable size, corners, blur, badges, and title layout.
  • Clear selected-game highlight (glow / border / bar / solid).
  • Cover & banner search from multiple sources incl. SteamGridDB (API key in Settings) and itch.io; multi-image picker; crop tool.
  • Animated GIF and MP4 covers (play on hover/select).
  • Live funscript preview — shows the playing script, freezes on pause, reflects live intensity/vibration.
  • Optional on-screen Preview Device (Settings → Dev tab).
  • Support popup crediting the original project, with donation links (Ko-fi, Monero + QR).
  • Customizable top header bar; Settings + Open Config moved there; help text in info popups; window size/position persisted.

Changed

  • Newest log entry pinned/highlighted; intensity bar fills to max; themed scrollbars; sharper type-badge icons; removed game-row divider.

Fixed

  • No longer exits when Intiface/Buttplug isn't running (TCP probe + safer error handling); Playback shows the active script again; Handy/OSR/preview fixes; Image submenu opening.

Security / privacy

  • Fresh self-signed HTTPS cert; personal data stripped from shipped configs; runtime/user files git-ignored.
