According to my investigation (with help from ChatGPT), this appears to have been broken since commit 4eded2c on July 29, 2026.
That commit stops sending live build progress to the public Telegram channel. However, it also causes build.publicChatId to no longer be set for /deploy_beta. Since the publishTelegram tasks depend on build.publicChatId, they are never added to the build pipeline.
As a result, no APKs have been published to @tgx_log since build 1797.
I plan to submit a fix for this later.
