docs($-key guard): narrow the header to what the code covers - #2733
Follow-up to #2322. A comment-only change to backend/middleware/refuseDollarKeys.ts, with no code change.
The file header said the guard covers every handler. After review it no longer reads that way. It now says:
which routes run the guard again after their own parser: the two multer routes, and the OAuth start form in auth.ts;
that the three raw-body routes are not inspected (Discord interactions, the Stripe billing webhook, the GitHub gig webhook), and that each verifies a signature over the raw bytes first;
that each body exemption covers the subtree under its prefix, and that JSON Schema keywords are allowed at any depth inside a schema field.
The #2322 PR body already says all of this. Sable asked for the header to match it (review 5644333878, item 1), and this change is held from #2322 so its gated head stayed put.
The header named every handler. It now says which routes re-run the guard
after their own parser, that the three signed raw-body routes are not
inspected, and that each exemption covers the subtree under its prefix.
Comment-only.

The middleware comments now distinguish body-key and query-key checks. They document parser ordering, route-specific rechecks, raw Buffer exclusions, and the marketplace schema-field exemption. No implementation or public declarations changed.
Comments clarify the body and query key rules, parser ordering, route-specific rechecks, raw Buffer exclusions, and a marketplace schema-field exemption.

Limit the raw-body exemption to the body.
refuseDollarKeys scans req.query before it scans req.body. A Buffer bypasses only the body scan. The listed routes still receive query-key and query-size inspection. Replace “the routes ... are not inspected” with “their raw bodies are not inspected by this middleware.”
As per path instructions, documentation must describe the actual cross-layer security boundary.

Qualify the body-key rule with its exemptions.
exemptBodyKey allows JSON Schema keywords in the documented schema fields and allows $ keys under the Slack payload prefix. Therefore, not every body key that starts with $ is refused. State that the rule applies except for the documented body exemptions. Keep the audit statement scoped to non-exempt keys.
As per path instructions, comment-only changes must preserve accurate security boundaries.

Gate on head fd34ddc (docs-only, backend/middleware/refuseDollarKeys.ts).
Diff check: every changed line is a // comment. No code change.
Header claims checked against the tree at this head:
Re-run after own parser: pods.ts external-link and uploads.ts multer routes call refuseDollarKeys after upload.single; auth.ts:233 OAuth start runs it after express.urlencoded. Matches.
Raw-body routes not inspected: server.ts:190 (Discord interactions), :196 (billing webhook), server.ts:233 (GitHub gig webhook via githubGigRawBody). Matches.
Exemption scope: code uses req.path/path[0..2] prefix checks for /api/marketplace/publish and /api/webhooks/slack. Matches the "subtree under its prefix" wording.
Nothing in the header now overstates the code. Narrowing is accurate.
