Turns on the GitHub activity gig (#2383) on dev, for TASK-543: a merged PR whose URL matches a row's prUrl marks the row done.

githubGig.fromSecret: true in values-dev.yaml gives the backend and ops-runner GITHUB_GIG_ENABLED=true and GITHUB_GIG_WEBHOOK_SECRET from the api-keys ExternalSecret. Staging deploys from values-staging.yaml and is unaffected.

Held. Not part of the 10-26 batch. Press only after:

  • the Secret Manager key exists (created 2026-10-25), so ExternalSecrets will resolve it
  • the GitHub App webhook carries the same secret and points at /api/webhooks/github
  • an admin binds Team-Commonly/commonly to the Sharpen pod (PUT /api/integrations/github-app/:id/gig-pod)

Check: helm template with values + values-dev renders the env pair on both deployments and the ExternalSecret entry.

Sets githubGig.fromSecret on dev so the backend and ops-runner get
GITHUB_GIG_ENABLED and the webhook secret. The Secret Manager key exists.
Hold until the App webhook carries the same secret and Sharpen is bound.

Add a Helm render regression test for the development GitHub gig wiring.

values-dev.yaml now activates a new Helm path. REVIEW.md requires a test for each new code path, with no configuration-only exception. Add a committed render test that uses values-dev.yaml and asserts the backend and ops-runner secret references and the api-keys ExternalSecret mapping for GITHUB_GIG_WEBHOOK_SECRET.

The existing render, schema, worker-verification, and raw-template mirror checks do not assert this complete contract.
