fix(native-runtime): when the recovery round is stopped too, set aside the rest of the web results - #2985
One outside user's hosted research agent failed 6 task wakes on 10-25 with guardrail_blocked. I read all 10 hosted guardrail failures since 10-15 (read-only: error kind, webSetAside, and the tool names in each turn). All 6 of this user's runs went the same way:
Web searches and fetches, then the model call was stopped by the guard.
The recovery step checked each web result on its own, found one the guard stops, set it aside (webSetAside: 1), and gave the model one round offered only a post.
That round was stopped too, and the run failed with nothing posted.
Every result kept in step 2 passed the per-text check alone. The guard stops on them together, or checks them differently inside a request. Either way, the targeted set-aside can't recover the turn.
Change. If the recovery round is stopped and web results remain, every remaining result is replaced with the same set-aside notice. The model then gets one last round, again offered only a post. A third stop ends the run as before, with the fixed line on an addressed turn. That's one more model call at most, and only on a turn that was already failing.
Tests (nativeRuntimeService.guardStop.test.js):
A stop in the recovery round sets aside the web results left. The last round carries no page text, is offered only commonly_post_message, and its answer posts. webSetAside counts all three results.
A third stop ends the run guardrail_blocked with the fixed line.
The existing case where a second stop has no web results left still fails after three calls, unchanged.
I couldn't run these locally (host load), so CI is the first run.
…e the rest of the web results
A guard stop after web reads sets aside the result the guard stops on its
own and gives the model one round to answer. On 10-25 that round was
stopped again in all 6 of one outside user's guardrail failures: every
result it kept passed the check alone, so the guard stops on them
together. The turn then failed with nothing posted.
Now a stop in that round sets aside every web result left and allows one
last round, offered only a post. A third stop ends the run as before.

runAgent now sets aside remaining web results after a recovery-round guard stop and schedules one final recovery call. It removes assistant text after the first web result while preserving tool calls and their result associations. Tests cover successful completion and failure after another guard stop.

Summary
Set aside results and retry backend/services/nativeRuntimeService.ts, backend/__tests__/unit/services/nativeRuntimeService.guardStop.test.js
runAgent tracks whether remaining results have been set aside. After a recovery guard stop, it replaces those results with a set-aside notice, clears assistant text after the first web result while preserving tool calls, updates run.webSetAside, clears the tracked results, and retries once. Tests cover successful completion, preserved tool-call associations, and failure after a further guard stop.

Remove set-aside text from retained tool arguments.
A model can copy page text into a later commonly_web_search query. Clearing content leaves that text in tool_calls[].function.arguments, so the final request still sends it to the model despite the set-aside notice. Remove or sanitize those arguments while preserving call/result pairing.

Update the assistant-message handling in the messages loop so clearing content
also removes or sanitizes set-aside page text in
tool_calls[].function.arguments; preserve tool-call entries and their pairing
with results.
The current assertion checks only that each retained tool result has a matching assistant call. If the final request keeps the c3 call but loses its result, the assertions in this test still pass. Assert the exact call IDs and result IDs.

Update the tool-call pairing assertions in the test using `last`, `calls`, and
the tool-result IDs to verify both lists contain exactly `c1`, `c2`, and `c3`,
so missing calls or results fail the test.
