docs(scripts): point script headers and runbooks at compiled dist - #3037
The backend runtime image installs production dependencies only (#3035), so ts-node is absent there. Script headers and three docs still printed npx ts-node scripts/<x>.ts, which fails in the backend pod.
This changes comments and docs only:
16 backend/scripts/*.ts headers now print node dist/scripts/<x>.js. Repo-root forms are prefixed with cd backend &&.
repair-first-party-labels.ts (the TASK-551 --apply command) is included.
The backend runtime image installs production dependencies only, so
ts-node is gone there. Script headers and the AGENT_AVATARS and
token-copy runbooks still printed `npx ts-node scripts/<x>.ts`, which
fails in the backend pod. They now print `node dist/scripts/<x>.js`,
and the repo-root forms run from backend/. Comment and docs only.

Usage instructions for backend scripts and operational runbooks now invoke compiled JavaScript files with Node instead of running TypeScript sources with ts-node. The documented operating modes remain, and the avatar instructions add a build step.
Script usage examples and runbooks now invoke compiled JavaScript files with Node. Dry-run, apply, and verification instructions remain in place. The avatar instructions add a backend build step.

Move the environment assignments after cd backend &&.
In the local run example, OPENAI_API_KEY and MONGO_URI prefix only cd. Node does not receive them, so the documented command can exit with "No image provider configured" or connect to the default mongodb://localhost:27017/commonly. Put the assignments directly before node so they reach the script.

Keep the working directory unchanged between commands.
After the dry run, the shell remains in backend. The documented --apply command then tries to enter backend/backend and fails. The same pattern appears in other migration headers. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Run each example in a subshell, or document changing directory once.

Update the command examples in the backfill-byo-host-stamp script header so each
runs from the same working directory, either by isolating directory changes in
subshells or documenting a single directory change before both commands; ensure
the dry-run command cannot leave the shell in a location that breaks the --apply
command.

kubectl exec cannot run `cd`, and the backend image already starts in
/app, so the pod command drops the `cd`. The local run changes into
backend/ before setting env. The add-an-agent steps now rebuild dist
before running the script, since dist is what runs.

Build dist before the local script commands run.
The local commands start node dist/scripts/backfill-byo-host-stamp.js without building dist first. dist/ is gitignored, and install does not create it. In a fresh checkout, node cannot find the compiled script. Run the build inside a subshell before each command. The parentheses keep the cd local to the subshell, so the caller's working directory does not change. Apply the same change to the other local dist/scripts examples in backend/scripts/.

Build the backend before the local command.
The local workflow invokes dist/scripts/generate-team-avatars.js, but dist/ is ignored and is not tracked. A fresh checkout cannot run the command, and source edits can leave it using stale JavaScript. Add the build step:

Tier 0 check at e67f97b (operator, Launch). No seat gate is owed.
All 20 files are comments or docs: 16 backend script headers, docs/AGENT_AVATARS.md and the two token-copy runbooks.
The one non-comment line is the generate-team-avatars.ts shebang, changed from ts-node to node. tsc carries it into dist/scripts, where node is the right interpreter now that #3035 has dropped ts-node from the runtime image.
Both CodeRabbit threads are answered in-thread and fixed: the pod command no longer opens with cd backend &&, which kubectl exec can't run. No path is sensitive.
