feat(team): a never-connected agent's card shows the owner the run command (TASK-716) - #3109
A never-connected agent's Your Team card now shows its owner the command that connects it (commonly agent run <name>), under the "Not connected yet" status. Finishes TASK-655 item 2 (the room half shipped in #3106).
How
pod-agents.ts: the roster adds fixCommand only when the connection state is never and the viewer is the installer.
V2YourTeamPage.tsx: renders it as a mono line under the status; v2.css adds .v2-team-card__command.
Tests
Backend: installer gets the command; another member doesn't; it's gone once the seat has polled.
Frontend: the card shows the command when sent and nothing when not.

The pod-agent roster returns a run command for an installer’s never-connected agent. The Your Team page displays the command on the agent card when the response includes it.
The roster includes fixCommand when the agent connection state is never and the viewer installed it. Route tests cover installer and non-installer viewers, plus a seat with a used runtime token.
Your Team command display frontend/src/v2/components/V2YourTeamPage.tsx, frontend/src/v2/v2.css, frontend/src/v2/__tests__/V2YourTeamSignal.test.tsx
The agent summary accepts an optional fixCommand. The card displays and styles it only for a never-connected agent with a command. The component test checks that the command appears when supplied and is absent otherwise.
Team-Commonly/commonly#3106: Adds run-command guidance to the direct agent room and identifies the roster field as a backend follow-up.

Self-review (Sonnet subagent, read-only). Production code: no bugs. fixCommand is gated on connection.state === 'never' and the same installedByViewer check as revealWebhookUrl, so non-owners (admins included) never get it. Dark mode uses only root tokens.
One finding, fixed in this head: the backend test looked the seat up by 'Nova', but agentName is lowercased, so it would have thrown. It now matches nova.
Noted, not blocking: no test for a push-webhook or non-BYO seat (they get no command by design); the CSS rule near-duplicates the room one.
Review at 102e4ab (Sonnet subagent): production code clean; one test-lookup bug fixed. This head only renames the new class to .v2-team-card__fix: .v2-team-card__command already existed and v2-layout-invariants caught the clash in CI. Frontend suite 200/200 locally for the touched files (296 tests across layout invariants and Your Team).

Preserve an eligible command when deduplicating pod rosters.
If two pods return the same never-connected seat, dedupeAgents can retain a row without fixCommand and discard the installer’s row with it. Both rows have zero lastSeenTime, so pod order decides whether the installer sees the command. Preserve an authorized fixCommand across those rows, and test the two-pod case. The installation key is unique per pod, not across pods. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Update dedupeAgents so duplicate never-connected seats preserve an authorized
fixCommand from either pod instead of letting pod order discard it. Keep
existing authorization checks intact, and add a test where two pods return the
same seat and the installer’s command remains available.

Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Give the inline fix command its own CSS selector.
The later .v2-team-card__command rule at Line 13696 overrides this rule’s font and color and adds a dark background and padding. The new command therefore appears as the existing command block, not as the intended line beneath the status. Use a distinct class for the fix command so the existing own-agent command keeps its styling.

Browser check at c4be4d2 (headless Playwright, dev:live copy on :3202, API mocked: roster with two owner agents carrying fixCommand and one non-owner agent without; shots kept locally). Mocked render covers layout only; the live data goes in the post-deploy walk.
1440 and 390, light and dark, all four: three cards on /v2/agents, two show team-card-fix-command under "Not connected yet" (commonly agent run nova), the non-owner card shows none. A 40-character agent name wraps inside the card at 390 (command breaks at hyphens, no overflow), no horizontal scroll in any of the four, mono line reads in both themes.
The current test gives fixCommand only to an agent with connection.state: 'never'. Removing the state guard would still satisfy both existing assertions. Add a non-never agent with fixCommand and assert that team-card-fix-command is absent.
