TASK-727: board status and priority tokens on the D215 B-lite values - #3132
Dark pending ring: --v2-status-pending moves from --v2-border-strong (#5f6979, 3.17:1) to the B-lite value #7c8696 (4.79:1). Both dark blocks.
frontend/design-system/tokens.css now carries the board status and priority tokens with the light values, so the design system matches v2.css. The file has no dark block, so the dark values are referenced to v2.css.

v2-layout-invariants, v2-type-floors and V2PodBoard: 305/305 pass.
Not yet on this PR
1440/390 light and dark board screenshots. They need a board render with mock data, which I haven't built yet. The task's done bar requires them, so this PR is not done until they are attached.
Review: own review of the two-file diff is done. CodeRabbit and CI run at this head.
The light values were already on main from #3074. This change finishes the
swap: the dark pending ring moves to the B-lite value (#7c8696, 4.79:1 on the
dark card, was #5f6979 at 3.17:1), and design-system tokens.css carries the
board status and priority tokens with the light values.

Team-Commonly/commonly#3058 — Defines the dark V2 token set that previously supplied the pending-status color.
Merge Risk: Low · up to e0377
The intended dark pending color could regress without the inspected tests catching it. Add a value assertion and attach the reported-missing board screenshots before marking the task done.

Add assertions for both dark pending-token values.
frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2-layout-invariants.test.ts checks only that the owner dot references var(--v2-status-pending). It still passes if either declaration reverts to var(--v2-border-strong). Assert #7c8696 in both the explicit dark scope and the prefers-color-scheme: dark scope.
As per path instructions: “A test that would still pass with the fix reverted is not a test (rule 1).”

Update the layout invariant tests for --v2-status-pending to assert its exact
#7c8696 value in both the explicit dark scope and the prefers-color-scheme: dark
scope, rather than only checking that the owner dot references the token.

The explicit dark block carried a comment line inside its declarations.
The theme parity test splits on ';', so the comment was glued to the
pending declaration and the explicit and auto dark blocks stopped
matching. Move the note out of the block; the value is unchanged.

Checked the 2-file diff (tokens.css, v2.css). The light values in tokens.css match the v2.css light block (pending #667085, blocked #d92d20, P0 #b42318/#ffffff, P2 #667085). The dark change only swaps pending to #7c8696 in both dark blocks, and the other dark values are unchanged. Contrast figures in the comments check out for the light values.
Non-blocking: tokens.css uses the --c-* prefix, so these are mirror values, not the names components read (--v2-*). No test pins either set, so drift between them would not be caught.
