Empty state: no artboard class exists, so it is built from the column and card tokens.
390 frame: columns stack to one column, tiles drop to 104px.
The /v2/_primitives showcase shows each.
Not in this PR: the disclosure row (details.disc), the Settings frame rebuilt from the primitives, and the frame diff. The grouped list and drawer shipped in PR2.
Tests: v2Primitives and signalTokens pass (12/12). Lint has 0 errors.
Frame diff at 1440 and 390, light and dark: owed once /v2/_primitives is on a preview or staging at this head.
…PR2)
Adds the shell, page header, keys (primary, cobalt, secondary, ghost, small,
icon), segment, chip, badge, dot, toggle, grouped row list, card and drawer,
lifted from the d215 artboard's product CSS. Classes carry a v2p- prefix so
they do not collide with the existing v2 chip, dot and pane rules, and every
colour and radius reads a --v2-* token from v2.css.
Served at /v2/_primitives as a static showcase, with no data and no auth.
Also removes a duplicate --v2-font-display that PR1 added to the light set: it
overrode the loaded Bricolage Grotesque Variable face defined earlier in the
same block.
primitives.css reads only --v2-* tokens; v2Primitives.test.tsx pins that,
checks every v2p- class the page uses is defined, and checks the page renders.

Review on #3144 found the showcase broke at 390: the row label column kept
180px, the drawer was a fixed 400px inside a 298px pane, and the header
overflowed. A max-width 480px block now stacks the rows, makes the drawer a
full sheet, wraps the header, and hides the rail.
The artboard's seg and chip radius is 7px, not 8px. Adds --v2-r-7 to the
light set and uses it on those two primitives.

CodeRabbit (major): the showcase drawer was absolutely positioned, so at 390
it covered every primitive above it. The showcase now renders it in flow
(v2p-drawer--inline); the live drawer keeps its overlay.

The 100% width rule at 390px also matched the inline showcase drawer, so
its 28px margins pushed it 56px past the pane and clipped it.

Adds the artboard's column (.col/.chd/.cbody), popover (.pop) and tile
(.tile) rules on the v2p- prefix, plus an empty-state block built from the
column and card tokens (the artboard has no empty class). The 390 frame
stacks the columns and shortens the tiles. Showcase page shows each.

The V2 primitives page adds Todo and Doing board examples, Settings and Add tiles, and an inline popover. The stylesheet adds corresponding styles and responsive rules for narrow viewports. The page also uses a vertically scrollable pane.
The page adds a Todo column with a task card and a Doing column with an empty state. The stylesheet adds board lane, header, card spacing, and empty-state styles. The pane scrolls vertically. Tests check the examples and scroll behavior. At widths of 480px or less, board columns stack into one column.
Tiles and popover examples frontend/src/v2/primitives/V2PrimitivesPage.tsx, frontend/src/v2/primitives/primitives.css, frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2Primitives.test.tsx
The page adds Settings and Add tiles and an inline popover example. The stylesheet adds popover and tile styles, including hover and focus states. The Add tile uses the --v2-accent token for its focus-visible box shadow. At widths of 480px or less, tiles become 104px tall. Tests check the examples and focus styling.
The showcase scrolls, but its required regression guard is misplaced, and tile shadows do not follow the theme-token contract. These are low-risk issues suitable for follow-up.

Restore the Add tile focus indicator.
This rule overrides .v2p-tile:focus-visible because both selectors have equal specificity and this rule comes later. Since all: unset also removes the default outline, keyboard users cannot see focus on Add. Add a later .v2p-tile.add:focus-visible rule.

Use tokens for the tile shadow colors.
Both shadows use literal rgba() colors, so their colors cannot follow the theme tokens. Replace them with token-backed shadow values.
As per path instructions: “Colors, radii and type come from var(--v2-*) tokens.”

Cover the primitives responsive contract in its own test.
v2-layout-invariants.test.ts does not cover primitives.css, and v2Primitives.test.tsx does not assert responsive declarations. Add source-level assertions for the desktop and 480px .v2p-cols rules in v2Primitives.test.tsx. The .v2p-tile height is cosmetic and is not covered by the load-bearing overflow, scroll-containment, or flex-sizing instruction.

Self-review round on the PR3 diff (one round, medium effort), read against the d215 artboard.
Values match the artboard for column, popover and tile. Every --v2-* token used is defined.
One real bug found and fixed in this head: the dashed Add tile lost its keyboard focus ring (box-shadow: none outranked the focus rule). Added .v2p-tile.add:focus-visible, pinned by a test.
Nit fixed: tiles now sit in their own three-column grid, so the 390 frame keeps three per row.
Both CodeRabbit threads (render assertions, desktop scroll) are fixed and answered.
Tests: v2Primitives and signalTokens pass (14 plus the new focus test).
Not checked: no browser render. The frame diff at 1440 and 390, light and dark, is still owed on a preview.
Omitted on purpose and unused in the markup: .dim, .lg, .ts tile variants, column icon sizing, the disclosure row.
Add the .v2p-pane--scroll overflow check to v2-layout-invariants.test.ts.
The new overflow-y: auto rule on .v2p-pane--scroll is load-bearing layout CSS. The frontend/src/v2/** guidance requires a presence test for this kind of rule in frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2-layout-invariants.test.ts, because jsdom has no layout engine. That file has no v2p-pane--scroll assertion. The check in v2Primitives.test.tsx covers the class and the CSS text, but it does not satisfy the required location. A render test also cannot show that the pane scrolls.
Move the CSS assertion into v2-layout-invariants.test.ts. Read the stylesheet that defines .v2p-pane--scroll, then assert that its rule contains overflow-y: auto. Keep the rendered class assertion in v2Primitives.test.tsx.
