chore(connectors): offer Airtable and Sentry on commonly.me - #3165
This makes Airtable and Sentry visible to everyone on commonly.me, by removing them from hostedMcp.hiddenEntries in values-dev.yaml.
Why now: the Cofounder ruled (11-01) to unhide both once connect and read had passed.
Airtable: a live prod walk on 10-31 (Connectors TASK-307) covered connect, a list_bases call, grant revoke and disconnect.
Sentry: C0-C2 passed on staging with a non-admin user (10-23), and C3 passed live on prod (10-25). See the Sentry row and walk tables in docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md.
Still open for Sentry, on Connectors TASK-308 (P2): C6 (one update_issue approved, one declined) and C9 (a call after revoke is refused). Neither is on the connect or read path.
Allowlist overlay, already done. An allowlist key for an entry that is no longer hidden voids the whole allowlist (visibility.ts:23-28; docs/deployment/hidden-mcp-allowlist-overlay.md, "Un-hiding trap"). So DEV_HELM_HIDDENMCP_ALLOWLIST was reset at 06:24:50Z to keep only the atlassian key. Atlassian is still hidden, so that overlay is valid both before and after this deploys.
Press order: press and deploy after Launch's G11 re-score, so the connectors frame-diff isn't measured mid-change (Cofounder). After the deploy, CTO walks the connectors page as a stranger.
helm template with values-dev.yaml renders HOSTED_MCP_HIDDEN_ENTRIES as ["google-calendar","atlassian","notion","gitlab","supabase","github-mcp"]. No test or workflow pins the old list.
Review: one Opus subagent round traced every reader of the hidden list (catalogue, connect start, grant mint) and checked the prod connect path for both entries. It returned HOLD on the overlay keys and two wording claims; all three are fixed in 1a34350.
Both passed connect and read. Airtable: live prod walk 10-31 (TASK-307).
Sentry: C0-C2 on staging with a non-admin user (10-23), C3 live on prod
(10-25, 10-31, 11-01). Sentry's write-with-confirm arm (C6) and a revoke
taking effect (C9) stay open on TASK-308.

Walkthrough
The development configuration no longer hides Sentry or Airtable. The readiness matrix records Sentry’s offered status and lists its remaining checks.
Changes: Connector visibility updates
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Unhide connectors and update readiness k8s/helm/commonly/values-dev.yaml, docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md
The development configuration removes Sentry and Airtable from the hidden-entry list. The readiness matrix records Sentry’s offered status and remaining checks, including write-with-confirm tool bounds, get_sentry_resource without url, and revocation. Notion, GitLab, and Supabase remain hidden; Atlassian remains hidden.
(1) The allowlist validator voids the whole overlay when it holds a key for an entry that is no longer hidden (backend/integrations/hostedMcp/visibility.ts:23-28; docs/deployment/hidden-mcp-allowlist-overlay.md, "Un-hiding trap").
(2) A comment claimed live calls on 10-31 and 11-01, and the matrix doesn't record them.
(3) The matrix row dated a deploy that hasn't happened yet, and said "has a walk exception" in the present tense.
Fixes.
(1) At 06:24:50Z, DEV_HELM_HIDDENMCP_ALLOWLIST was reset to an overlay holding only the atlassian key. Atlassian stays in hiddenEntries, so the overlay validates before and after this deploys.
What it confirmed. Every reader of the hidden list goes through isHostedMcpEntryHidden: the catalogue (installableCatalogService.ts:140), connect start (hostedMcpConnect.ts:246) and grant mint (grants.ts:344). No flag or frontend list hides either entry. No test or workflow pins the old list. On the connect path, the callback is built from the instance's own API base (hostedMcpIntakeService.ts:120, hostedMcpConnect.ts:283), and the DCR client re-registers when the redirect URI changes (hostedMcpDcrRegistry.ts:106). It found no code-visible defect on first connect or first read for either connector.
helm template renders HOSTED_MCP_HIDDEN_ENTRIES as ["google-calendar","atlassian","notion","gitlab","supabase","github-mcp"].

Record the remaining Sentry C9 checks in the summary row.
The detailed C9 row leaves the write-with-confirm tool bounds and the get_sentry_resource argument restriction unverified. Update the summary parenthetical to include them.

CodeRabbit's body-only point on docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md:60 (review at 1a34350) holds up. The C9 walk row does leave the 12 write-with-confirm tool bounds and the get_sentry_resourceurl restriction unverified. Fixed in 3582903: the summary row now lists every open C9 arm, and the values comment points at the matrix instead of repeating the list. Connectors TASK-308 carries the same arms.

Make the hiding statement historical and separate the Sentry rollout.
#2536 keeps both entries hidden is stale. The current values still hide Atlassian, but Sentry is offered after its connect-and-read walk. The following sentence about Sentry’s walk running while the hide was active is historical and remains accurate. Airtable is not one of “the two entries above”; those entries are Atlassian and Sentry.
Suggested documentation fix
-#2536 keeps both entries hidden there until that walk passes; the values-dev comment that hides them (#2530) still says a staging walk.+#2536 kept both entries hidden while the staging walk could not cover the agent checks. Sentry is now offered after its connect-and-read walk; C6 and the listed C9 arms remain open under TASK-308. Atlassian remains hidden in values-dev pending its walk.

Review comment at @docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md at line 179:
Update the rollout-status paragraph around #2536 to describe the staging hide as
historical, distinguish Sentry’s current offered status after its
connect-and-read walk from Atlassian’s continued hidden status pending its walk,
and note the remaining Sentry C6 and listed C9 arms under TASK-308. Preserve the
accurate statement that Sentry’s walk ran while the hide was active.
Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Add a regression test for the rendered visibility change.
The supplied catalog test sets HOSTED_MCP_HIDDEN_ENTRIES directly. It does not exercise values-dev.yaml through the Helm template. Add a chart/render test that asserts sentry and airtable are absent, while atlassian and the intentionally hidden entries remain. The test must fail with the old values. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
As per path instructions, new behavior needs a test that fails when the change is reverted.

CodeRabbit's outside-diff point at 3582903 (docs/plans/integration-readiness-matrix.md:179) checks out: the walk-checks paragraph still said #2536 keeps both entries hidden. Fixed in ab1b8d4. The paragraph now says the hide was historical, that Sentry is offered on its connect-and-read walk, and that C6 plus the open C9 arms stay on TASK-308. Atlassian stays hidden. CodeRabbit passed at ab1b8d4 with no new findings.
