fix: publish SDK under @techgod scope — npm org is techgod, not techgodhq - #67

…odhq GitHub org is techgodhq (techgod was taken there); the npm org is the reverse: techgod. Rename the package, smoke-consumer refs, release guard, and README install lines. Typecheck/build/package:smoke green locally at the rename.

Bootstrap run 36620509981 failed at the registry with
404 Scope not found: the package name assumed the GitHub org name (@techgodhq), but the npm org istechgod(the names are swapped between registries —techgodwas unavailable on GitHub,techgodhqis not the npm org).Renames
