Fixes the rust 1.99.0 clippy debt currently failing CI on main:

  • clippy::double_must_use on async_trait-generated futures across iris-core (audit, ingest, provider, storage), iris-providers, iris-server routes
  • clippy::assertions_on_constants (assert_is_empty) in iris-core/src/wire.rs

Verified locally under 1.99.0: cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings, cargo fmt --check, and workspace tests all green.

This unblocks CI on main and on dependent PRs (e.g. #69), whose Clippy checks fail only on this pre-existing main debt — none of the failing files are in their diffs.

Rationale: This focused CI-maintenance patch addresses the documented Rust 1.99 Clippy regressions: it suppresses redundant must_use warnings at the affected async-trait boundaries and replaces newly linted is_empty assertions with equivalent explicit empty-value assertions. The diff is limited to those diagnostics and associated tests; no runtime protocol, configuration, credential, deployment, or data behavior changes.

Checks observed: Test, TypeScript client, Format Check, Clippy, Secret Scan, Dependency Audit, and Creed context drift — all completed successfully.

Scope limit: Approval covers this CI lint-remediation change only.
