在 src/octop/infra/agents/experts/library/ 目录下新增四个专家模板，这些模板由 Anthropic 的开源 Claude Code 知识工作插件转换而来： cowork-plugin-management — 创建和自定义协作插件 design — 设计评审、交接、系统、用户体验文案、可访问性、研究 engineering — 代码审查、调试、测试策略、架构、事件响应等 productivity — 任务管理、内存管理、启动/更新技能 每个专家目录都遵循现有的库布局（SOUL.md、manifest.json、AGENTS.md、skills/）。保留 Apache-2.0 LICENSE 文件以注明上游贡献。有意移除了 .mcp.json 和上游打包文档（README.md、.claude-plugin/）——Octop 专家在创建代理时通过 FromExpertBody.mcp_servers 引用平台连接器，并且模板不包含 MCP 配置。 同时将 .conda-octop/ 添加到 .gitignore（本地 conda 环境目录）。 |
