   现状与根因

   所有 Codex workflow 统一使用 openai/codex-action@v1，通过 CODEX_API_ENDPOINT（Responses API）、CODEX_API_KEY、CODEX_MODEL 这组共享配置调用模型；.github/aicodingflow-tests/test_codex_model_provider_config.py 校验全部 workflow 保持这套配置，README.md 与 docs/github-collaboration-flow.md 也把 Responses API 定义为硬约束。仓库没有 provider/action 抽象，而 Anthropic Messages API 与 Responses API 协议不同，因此 Claude 目前只能经 LiteLLM/OneAPI 等转换网关间接接入，无法原生使用。

   要实现作者要求（原生 Anthropic Messages API、自定义 ENDPOINT、新增 CLAUDE_* 变量），需要引入 provider 抽象或替换/并行 action，并同步更新共享测试与文档。

   已按工作流提供的候选列表检查，未发现 2 个及以上满足阈值的重复 issue。#278「支持自定义模型厂商」、#235「GitHub工作流问题」虽在“支持非 OpenAI 模型”上相关，但一个更宽泛、一个标题与诉求不同，且均已关闭，不满足重复判定条件。
