From the OOBE Screen:

1. Connect Ethernet or Wifi
2. Press Shift + F10
3. Enter

curl -L bypassnro.remoteit.co.uk -o skip.cmd'

4. Enter

skip.cmd

This will skip the entire OOBE process including microsoft account and ANY questions during the setup process except network setup.
