Not sure if this is a bug, but pressing enter reloads the page; removing added fields.

Hmm, my guess is that hitting 'enter' is trying to submit the form. The default of a form is to submit the data to itself (same page), thus it looks like a reload. This will only affect the demo page.

On the demo page we could add something like the first code block in this answer to the demo page.
