Authorized implementing-agent source review complete at cd26015 (not independent human review). Reviewed quote/execute authorization, uncertain POST recovery, bounded waits, credential-safe redirects and atomic checked downloads; no additional blocking finding. Local Node 22 test/build/packed-install suite: 96 passed. Hosted test-and-pack green. Merge only; publication and deployment remain unauthorized. |

Unpublished 0.5.0-beta.0 candidate. Adds video quote/execute/status/wait/download and ordinary prompt-to-quote routing. Execution requires an explicit credit ceiling and stable idempotency key; timed-out waits never replace paid jobs. Owned downloads are size/checksum validated and never overwrite files. Local Node 22 suite: 95 passed, including package installation. Depends on the gated Video V1 backend. No publication or deployment authorized; do not merge yet. Hosted CI and release verification in progress. See README.md and RELEASE.md.
