• No need to show 'Appointment Type' field on booking form or confirmation step. There is no duration associated with home visits
• No need to show 'Priority'... default all these appointments to 'Home-Visit'
• Null showing on 'At' field of confirmation step. No need to show timestamp in this field: just show the date. Include 'Day', e.g. Wednesday 25 Jun 2015
• Change 'Free slot' to 'Book Home Visit'
• Show address details on appointment day view... address line 1, address line 2, town/city. NO need to show county. Smaller, greyer font underneath the person name???
