Fixometer page - tweaks to topline stats

[ngm]

• for the headline 'powered items' and 'unpowered items' stats, make clear this is number fixed (as opposed to the overall total
• 'Years volunteered' -> 'years of time volunteered'
• Add a figure for number of events held

[edwh]

Done in #926.

What it does

• powered items fixed / unpowered items fixed, so it's clear these are fixed items, not the overall total.
• years volunteered → years of time volunteered.
• New events held figure.

For discussion

1. What counts as an event held. Currently: every past event that hasn't been deleted, in all groups, including events marked as cancelled. Should cancelled events be left out? Should it only count events from approved groups, or events with data recorded?
2. Layout. With the extra figure there is one empty cell in the grid at desktop width (bottom right). An alternative tile or arrangement can go there if wanted.

@edwh Great, thank you.

1. What counts as an event held.

Exclude cancelled events. Only approved groups. Events without data are fine.

2. Layout.

Not sold on this layout. But not my forte as to what is better. Let's try adding a total items seen stat to the left of the powered items fixed stat. I think it might start to get a bit messy though. I might actually prefer to simply remove the 'years volunteered' stat and revert to old layout. But I'll save this as a discussion for user testing group. Add in the total items stat and I'll discuss with testers.

3. Link to further reporting.

Could you please add a sentence of text to the end of ' Impact figures are estimates based on data entered by groups into Restarters.net.' that says 'See more analysis in our further reports.', which for now can link to here - https://data.therestartproject.org/public/dashboard/cbeab17c-415e-46a1-81de-9d23de3b1be3, presumably via a config parameter. I expect the display of this new sentence should be conditional on the config parameter being present (as, for example, iFixit may now want it to display at all).

Done in #926.

What changed

• Events held now leaves out cancelled events and events of groups that aren't approved. Events without data still count. On production data this takes it from 19,791 to 19,559.
• Total items seen is a new figure, to the left of powered items fixed. It's every item recorded, powered and unpowered, whatever happened to it. It fills the gap in the grid.
• Further reports: "See more analysis in our further reports." now follows the estimates note, linking to the dashboard you gave. The address is a new setting, FIXOMETER_REPORTING_URL. When it isn't set (as for iFixit), the sentence doesn't appear.

Years of time volunteered is still there, ready for the testers' discussion.

@edwh Great, looks good to go through to the testing group.
