Removes `openspec/` and the OpenSpec (`opsx`) commands and skills for Claude, Codex, Cursor and agents (72 files). The specs were stale planning docs (phase-7 was marked 41/41 done though its extraction and org matching never shipped; the listserv engine now lives in InboxEngine). `.cursor/rules` stay.
