Drops the Workers AI fallback (@cf/zai-org/glm-4.7-flash) entirely: the switcher offers only Opus 5 and Sonnet 5, a missing ANTHROPIC_API_KEY now fails the turn loudly instead of silently answering with a different model than the label claims, and stale "campus" preferences (persisted DO config or localStorage) coerce back to the default. Removes the Workers AI fallback so the model label can never lie: Opus 5 / Sonnet 5 only, loud failure if the Anthropic key is missing, stale campus prefs coerce to default.
