Consumes the simulator actual raw_simulation/results/auth/events shape and propagates failures. Successful simulation stays REVIEW_REQUIRED with signatures unverified. Clears unsupported catalog verification flags and documents scope.
Validation: 44 pytest tests, Python compile checks and CLI JSON output passed.

This review replaces #14 after the maintainer-authorized history rewrite changed commit IDs. The implementation trees are unchanged from the preserved preparation work. Fresh CI on this organization branch is required before merge.
