Updates the repository’s central package versions (CPM via Directory.Packages.props) to newer stable releases, keeping the DistributedLockManager library and its NUnit-based test project up to date.
Changes:
- Bumped Aspire Redis distributed caching package version.
- Updated DI abstractions and test tooling packages (NUnit, adapter, .NET test SDK).
- Updated Testcontainers dependency used by tests.
