Explicit configuration of default resource packs #101
Should apply independent from default options.txt, since launchers may prefill options.txt which causes Default Options to not apply. Resource packs and keybinds are roughly the one thing that packs should actually have precedence on, so resource pack defaults need to be decoupled like keybinds are.
