feat: release TypeType 1.3.0

[Priveetee]

Summary

• prepare the TypeType 1.3.0 release across Frontend, Player, Server, Token, Downloader and documentation
• publish the 1.3.0 release notes with the completed playback, backup, content-control, download and self-hosting work
• advance every component pin to its reviewed main revision

Production behavior

• use SABR/MSE as the only YouTube playback path on the web while preserving NicoNico and BiliBili playback
• add versioned backups, selected-category restore, blocked title keywords and a default playback speed
• keep subscription feeds usable when one channel is unavailable
• improve long SABR downloads with bounded multipart transfers, disk reservations and stall detection
• bundle the default Nginx configuration and move Garage defaults into a managed volume
• preserve existing self-hosted configuration, create rollback backups and wait for service health during updates

Deployment requirements

The stable stack must be updated from this revision through the official updater because the Compose topology and managed Garage configuration changed. The updater preserves the existing .env, custom Compose overrides and Garage configuration, and records database and image rollback data before replacing containers.
