Fixes #870
YouTube changed something that broke downloads. Embedding the latest YouTubeExplode source (from Tyrrrz/YoutubeExplode#965, client VISIONOS with ANDROID fallback) restores downloading. Also fixes Avalonia version mismatch (12.0.2 vs 12.1.1) and runtime DLLs not being copied (AngleSharp, JsonExtensions, PowerKit, CliWrap).
Verified: video resolution + stream manifest work against current YouTube (16 streams on jNQXAC9IVRw).
