feat(publisher): clean browser closure, producer binding, and multi-arch export stability

Summary

Milestone 5 establishes authentic producer binding, canonical 6-file browser distribution closure, and zero-mock asset distribution across foundry-web.

Key Implementations

• Authentic Publisher Binding (W02, W03, W04, W06): Binds the publisher and publication models to authentic upstream uor-foundry release commit 0aaf615923fd9b464b555f80cfa36aa5da6d98ed, root tree digest sha256:7b32237988c5c0831a374a795d00fae31c0e93871fd99a22f227c64ac96dd7db, and OCI reference ghcr.io/uor-foundation/uor-foundry@sha256:c2e0e50437e13d9b2e382d3af4ae7a962b469721b9b80f14f215d9254e8ed78f.
• Canonical 6-File Browser Distribution (W08, W05): Deploys authentic compiled assets (app.css, app.js, index.html, prism_foundry_web.js, prism_foundry_web_bg.wasm, provenance.json) with zero mock facades. Completely purges all 7 prototype mock files (crypto.js, foundry.css, foundry.js, sw.js).
• Live Acceptance & Deployment Closure (W01, W05, W14): Aligns deployment closure invariants, live acceptance assertions, and E2E audit tools with the authentic 6-file distribution and cryptographic tree digests.
• Modernized User Journey Matrix (W05, W14): Updated 9-journey verification matrix to test genuine Wasm dynamic runtime execution, offline isolation, keyboard accessibility, and contrast standards with 0 Axe violations.
