Update OEDM manuscript for StrataSCAN 0.2.3

What changed

• Updated the OEDM workshop manuscript for StrataSCAN 0.2.3.
• Added completed robustness and serial scaling benchmark evidence, regenerated tables and figures, and rebuilt the PDF.
• Removed older release labels from reviewer-facing prose, tables, and figures; paired comparisons now use a neutral reference configuration.
• Added an analysis-ready performance-table bundle covering the seven-family synthetic benchmark, the separate six-architecture noise-aware pilot, the 50–99% noise curve, scalability through 5M, 13 biological datasets, and 359 Gaia fields.
• Included tidy summary/run-level CSV files, an Excel workbook, README, and source provenance under manuscript/oedm2026/tables/performance_tables_2026-08-06/.
• Added the replicated topology/density noise-aware pilot implementation, focused tests, and compact reproducibility bundle (topology_noise_benchmark/ and topology_noise_results/topology_density_4seed_v1/).

Why

The workshop submission should present the current public algorithm release without exposing internal release lineage to reviewers, while retaining figure- and manuscript-ready audit tables with explicit failure, timeout, skip, and pending coverage.

Validation

• Rebuilt the 10-page PDF with Tectonic and visually reviewed rendered pages.
• Verified the staged diff and PDF SHA-256 against the artifact manifest.
• Reconciled representative table means against source result files.
• Verified all table row counts, unique scalability cells, missing-data policy, and workbook renders.
• Ran python -m pytest tests/test_noise_fraction_benchmark.py tests/test_topology_noise_benchmark.py -q (6 passed).
