RTP-CODEC is now an installable Python package with a sequence-encoding API and CLI. Source modules are grouped into model, tokenization, data, training, evaluation and experiment packages; cluster launchers, configurations, result tables and historical notebooks have separate directories.
The README introduces the manuscript model, installation, encoding and training workflows, and the reported results. Documentation covers reproduction, required assets and migration. Seven DATA-ANCHOR objective presets use the manuscript's 128-dimensional bottleneck. Notebook outputs are cleared, and recorded result/configuration content is preserved. Large historical AIRR inputs are excluded from the current source tree and retained in Git history.
Python imports change from
irrm_codectortp_codec; saved checkpoint architectures and tensor keys remain compatible. Full datasets, model weights and tokenizer bundles remain external assets.Validation: 89 CPU tests passed; editable installation and wheel build passed; 15 CLI checks passed; 147 shell/Slurm templates passed syntax checks; internal module references and documentation links were checked; 49 recorded result/configuration files retain their content; five historical AIRR inputs were additionally verified against their archived copies.
