The repository root now groups the library and tests under
src, experiment materials underresearch, and guides underdocs. Configuration, launcher, documentation and test references follow the new paths.The front-page README is shorter and begins with the original model schematic from the final manuscript. Only the first manuscript figure is included, as an unchanged PDF and a PNG rendering. Detailed usage remains in
docs/usage.md. The citation states “Accepted to BioFM @ ICDM’26” and includes BibTeX.Validation: 89 CPU tests passed after relocation; 147 shell templates and their source-relative root paths were checked; all Markdown links resolve; 56 configuration/result files retain their content; the schematic PDF hash matches the final manuscript source.
