Account checks previously acquired a shared policy lock and rewrote existing members on every authenticated request. Existing unchanged members now use a read-only path, and account details are fetched with one joined query; permissions remain live.
Fix the narrow-screen menu being pushed below an oversized header by restricting the desktop positioning override and clearing grid placement for the absolute dropdown. Add A100 SXM 80GB to both the GPU picker and request validation.
Validation: backend suite (94 passed, 5 skipped before correcting the new SQLite query-count assertion; all 17 governance tests then passed), TypeScript and production frontend build.
