Add a proposal for a separately scoped branch that tests whether DVIDS military-vehicle audio contains session-invariant structure matching the postulated physical signature hierarchy (tracked/wheeled, turbine/diesel, engine-order structure, model). Labels are used only for evaluation; CAST supplies the parametric description and receives candidate source priors. Proposal only: no collection, fitting or authorization, and the retired main-branch military program and protected-source roles are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
