### Changed

- **Updates screen shows the installed TigerCore version.** The screen reported "up to date" but never
said *which* version you're on. It now shows `Tiger_Version::VERSION` in the header ("Currently running
TigerCore x.y.z", always visible) and names it on the up-to-date card ("TigerCore x.y.z — the latest
release"). No change to the update checker.
