Bump pytest-playwright 0.7.1 -> 0.8.0 in pyproject.toml (its range widens to pytest <10), then refresh the lock so the transitive pytest moves 8.4.2 -> 9.1.0. Resolves the Dependabot pytest advisory (medium, dev-only, first-patched 9.0.3). Verified: uv sync, pytest 9 collects the suite, ruff check passes.
