How RocketEngine calculate differents things, and what's used for what?

Currently, all the measure entered for the engine is used to calculate the mass, none of those values is used for engine thrust. Engine thrust is entered manually, along with mass rate. The quantity of fuel and oxidizer you enter will determine run time, considering flow rate. If your ratio is not good, it will become unused fuel/oxidizer. If at the end of the simulation you obtain negative values it means that your rocket is not powerful enough or it's an impossible case. Currently, aerodynamics forces is not calculated.
