Sample code to applying the SPICER algorithm to single particle tracking data
This sample code is set up to analyze the provided simulation data and can be easily modified to analyze real data. To use SPICER simply open the program in matlab and open the script 'SPICER'. All of the information needed to run the code is commented in the script.
