- Passes the StrayFairySanity option value to the patch side for functionality - Removes CT Stray from being added to the starting Inventory when StrayFairySanity is set to Start With
- Add logic check so that if the Stray Fairy Sanity value is set to Start With it will override any starting inventory values and set each to 15 instead of staying at whatever the starting values are
