feat: Replace landing with riso redesign

Replaces the site with the riso redesign (Nuxt 4, Tailwind 4, Nuxt Ui, Resend contact form, @nustackjs/lint).

Deploy config

Build arg (/ is prerendered, so the site key is baked into the HTML at build time - setting it only at runtime won't work):

• NUXT_PUBLIC_TURNSTILE_SITE_KEY

Runtime env:

• NUXT_RESEND_API_KEY
• NUXT_TURNSTILE_SECRET_KEY

@Norbiros please create a Turnstile widget from your Cloudflare account (the one with zerya.dev):

• Widget mode: Invisible
• Hostname: zerya.dev

Just to make sure we're on the same page: this doesn't mean that I approve this as the final design. What I meant is that this is a step in the right direction, but it's not finished yet. The current version gives us something that can be iterated on and improved further.

For example, there are still issues such as:

• Zerya© - the © looks misleading here.
• Elements like 69°N, that have no clear meaning

There are also other design issues, for example:

I didn't, and still don't, want anything other than a fast merge of this PR. These designs will change.

The only thing I've been asking for, and I've communicated this clearly multiple times, is to merge the PR. We also discussed this on Discord.

Regarding your or Saniela's design concerns: I hear them, but for now I don't consider them blockers. I don't want to stall this PR over relatively minor design disagreements when this part is going to be rewritten from scratch anyway, especially the layout.

Therefore, since I currently have ownership over Zerya's design direction, I'm not accepting these concerns as reasons to block the PR.

This dont work but for a different reason. In ssr mode this var should be placed in runtime env. Build arg is required for ssg/isr. I did it already.
