Integrate Jules API for sources retrieval

This PR integrates the Jules API (jules.googleapis.com) into the Eco-growth Discovery PowerPoint Add-in.

Key changes:

• Switched from API key to OAuth2 authentication as required by the Jules API.
• Implemented 'getAuthToken' and 'fetchSources' functions in 'index.js'.
• Updated 'index.html' and 'index.js' to dynamically render API sources in the task pane.
• Added unit tests using Jest to verify the new integration logic.
• Updated documentation in 'README.md'.
