Add wallet balance display and top-up flow in nav bar #1087
Description
Summary
Display the connected wallet's token balance in the nav bar and provide a top-up flow guiding users to fund their wallet when balance is insufficient for a trade.
Scope
- Token balance displayed in nav bar next to wallet address
- Balance fetched from Horizon API on connect and refreshed every 60 seconds
- Insufficient balance state on buy form triggers top-up CTA
- Top-up flow: QR code of wallet address and copy address button
- Balance updated optimistically after confirmed transactions
Acceptance Criteria
- Balance displayed correctly from Horizon API
- Balance refreshes every 60 seconds and after transactions
- Top-up CTA appears correctly when balance is insufficient
- QR code renders correct wallet address
- Copy address button works with feedback tooltip
