Add a batch transfer modal allowing holders to send keys to multiple wallets in one transaction

Summary

The existing transfer modal only supports a single recipient. A batch transfer modal that lets holders add up to 10 recipient rows with individual quantities and submit all transfers in one signed transaction would save time for team distributions and community rewards.

Scope

Add a Batch Transfer option to the portfolio holding row action menu
Open a modal with a dynamic list of recipient rows (wallet address + quantity inputs)
Allow up to 10 rows with an Add Recipient button disabled at 10
Show a total keys to transfer count updating as quantities change
Validate all addresses and quantities before enabling submit and call the batch_transfer contract function

Acceptance Criteria

Up to 10 recipient rows accepted
Add Recipient button disabled at 10 rows
Total keys displayed and updated in real time
Invalid address shows row-level error
Total quantity exceeding liquid balance shows error and disables submit
