This PR is rebased onto
devand now contains only the two features that are new there:/settings/notifications./transactions.The previous PR also carried a dark-mode toggle (#1085) and a key-comparison tool (#1086). Both features already exist on
dev(src/hooks/useTheme.tsfrom #844 andComparePage/useKeyComparison/ComparisonTrayfrom #847), so those commits were dropped to avoid duplicate implementations.Verification
