Moved doc test files to theme

Summary

Moves the doc-test "Verified" badge out of this site and into docs-theme-extras. It also bumps the theme from v0.3.17 to v0.3.18-beta.3. The theme now renders the badge on docs pages itself (solo-io/docs-theme-extras#65), so this site no longer needs its own copy.

What changed

• Deletes the site's badge: layouts/partials/docs/under-heading.html, layouts/partials/test-status-badge.html, and the .test-status-* rules in assets/css/custom.css.
• The two API reference layouts, which don't use the theme's docs page layout, now call the theme's partial, components/test-status-badge.html.
• Bumps the theme pin in go.mod and go.sum.

What readers see

The badge looks the same and sits in the same place, under the page title. The theme's version adds these changes:

• Screen readers read the badge's explanation without needing the tooltip.
• The tooltip opens on keyboard focus, stays open when the pointer moves onto it, and closes with the Escape key.
• The tooltip wraps instead of running off the edge on a phone.

The theme bump also changes this site's sitemap.xml, canonical links, and Open Graph tags. Because baseURL is "/", these used to list paths such as /docs/.... They now list full https://agentgateway.dev/... URLs, which the sitemap protocol and Open Graph require.

How to check

• On the preview, open /sitemap.xml and confirm that every <loc> starts with https://agentgateway.dev/.
• No committed page has test_status, so the preview shows no badge unless its build runs the inject step. To see the badge locally, add test_status: passed to a page's front matter, build, and confirm that exactly one badge shows under the title. Remove the field before you commit.
