docs: present AgenTrust as an independent project - #102

Replace the OPAQUE sponsor block, footers and llms.txt line with the independent project statement, and record OPAQUE Systems as a past sponsor on the community page. Research pages now show AgenTrust as the affiliation, regenerated with tools/build-research.py. The LF announcement credits and partner evidence links are unchanged. The research pages mirror archived technical reports whose PDFs and Zenodo records name OPAQUE Systems. Changing the page affiliation made the site disagree with the paper of record. OPAQUE Systems wound down on 2026-10-12, so the sponsor text across AgenTrust is out of date. It now reads: "AgenTrust is an independent open-source project. No company funds, owns or directs it; contributions are voluntary."
