docs: present AgenTrust as an independent project - #528

OPAQUE Systems no longer sponsors the project. Sponsor pages, status lines and spec author lines now say AgenTrust is independent and credit OPAQUE for early development. OPAQUE Systems wound down on 2026-10-12, so the sponsor text across AgenTrust is out of date. It now reads: "AgenTrust is an independent open-source project. No company funds, owns or directs it; contributions are voluntary."
Historical credits, such as the LF announcement and past talks, are unchanged. So is any text about who runs the registry anchoring pipeline or holds the agentrust-io.com domain, until that is decided.
