Track [Obsolete] presence in the source projection (not binary, since the attribute is erased to metadata), so a member that is [Obsolete] in the project but not in the .cssig reports CSSIG005 under source equivalence. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
