The consumer-a build pinned shivammathur/setup-php 2.37.2, while 2.40.0 has been out since 2026-10-08, and wordpress-configs moves every reusable workflow to it. The pin moves to 2.40.0's commit, eb7c497. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5-5
