Add a Turkish catalog for the interface, list Türkçe in the appearance settings, and add README.tr.md with links from every README. The pre-paint locale list in index.html had drifted from the Paraglide locales, so it also gains ko, ja, and tr to keep first-paint language detection in sync with settings.json. The Turkish time-limit example translates `4h, 30m` into `4s, 30d`, but the server still uses English unit letters. A Turkish reader entering `4s` for four hours gets four seconds; `30d` means thirty days, not thirty minutes. Keep `4h, 30m` unchanged and translate only the surrounding text.

The time-limit field sends Slurm's --time syntax to the server, so the example must keep the English unit letters. Translating 4h, 30m to 4s, 30d would set seconds and days instead of hours and minutes. Assisted-by: deepseek-v4.1-flash-free
