Fixing two bugs

• when exporting a figure as tif, an error occurred because the variable "defaultoptions" was a cell array as input to "imwrite"
• in crop_borders.m, an error occurred when exporting an rgb image stack because variable B was created as an M x N x 1 x n array instead of an M x N x c x n array
